Jonathan Deague joined Asian Pacific Group in 2000 after finishing his VCE at Melbourne Grammar School.

Jonathan is a licensed Real Estate Agent and his main focus within the group is the Real Estate division of sales and marketing. In the last few years Jonathan has headed up the investment sales side of the Group, expanding the mortgage broking arm. Jonathan manages a national sales team of over 100 staff which establishes continued growth.

Damien holds a Bachelor of Business Degree in International Trade and has been with Asian Pacific Group for 7 years. He worked in Sales & Leasing for 2 years before taking over as General Manager of Melbourne Commercial for the past 4 years.

In February 2011 he moved across to ABC Financial Group as General Manager and has been busy implementing change in line with the company's objectives.

With over 14 years in the sales and marketing environment Damien's key focus is on customer service and what we as a business can do to make sure the customer is looked after.

Outside of work Damien's main interests are basketball, football and general fitness. He enjoys socialising with family and friends and loves to travel and experience new cultures.
