William H. Deague - Chief Executive Officer

William H. Deague
William Deague joined Asian Pacific Group in 1997 as a Director and has recently undertaken the role of Chief Executive Officer.
He has overseen Asian Pacific Group's major property developments, most recently at Bell Centre and the Art Series Hotels and is currently the President of the St. Kilda Road Precinct Committee.
Will holds a Domestic Builders Licence (unlimited) as well as a private fixed wing and helicopter licence.
Jonathan D. Deague - Director of Sales

Jonathan D. Deague
Jonathan Deague joined the Asian Pacific Group in 2000 shortly after finishing his VCE at Melbourne Grammar School.
Jonathan has worked within all parts of the family business with a major focus on Sales and Marketing in the Real Estate division. For the last five years Jonathan has headed up the investment sales side of the Group, expanding the mortgage broking arm and he now manages a national sales team of over 100 staff.
Jonathan is a licensed Real Estate Agent and completed leadership studies at Harvard Business School in 2009.
Matthew Toms - Chief Operating Officer

Matthew Toms
Matthew Toms is Asian Pacific Group's Chief Operating Officer and reports to the Group's CEO. Matthew has been with Asian Pacific Group (formerly Asian Pacific Building Corporation) for over nine years and is a key member of the Group's Board. Matthew heads the newly created Asian Pacific Corporate Services which encompasses twelve of our owned and operated businesses and also directly manages our Sales, Marketing, Human Resources and IT divisions with operational oversight of our Finance and Legal divisions. Matthew also forms a key role in the continued development of the Group's strategic direction.
Prior to his promotion to COO, Matthew was General Manager - Business Operations from 2005-2010 and Senior Manager - Business Development from 2002-2004.
With an Economics degree earned in 1994, Matthew successfully completed the General Management Program at Harvard Business School in 2008.
Daniel Faigen - Corporate Counsel

Daniel Faigen
Daniel Faigen was appointed Corporate Counsel of Asian Pacific Group in 2007 and sits on the Group's Board. Daniel is responsible for the provision of legal services to the Asian Pacific Group Board and leads the legal team who provide strategic advice and counsel to all business units across the Group. In addition to his role as Corporate Counsel, Daniel works closely with the Directors on the commercial aspects of the business.
Daniels primary areas of practice are in Corporations Law, Banking and Finance, Property Law, Planning and Local Government, Occupational Health and Safety, Commercial Law and Litigation.
Daniel holds a legal degree and a Master of Law.
Peter Linnane - Chief Financial Officer

Peter Linnane
Peter Linnane is Asian Pacific Group's Chief Financial Operating Officer and reports to the Group's CEO. Peter is primarily responsible for managing the financial risks of the Group and is also responsible for the provision of accounting, taxation and treasury services to the Asian Pacific Group Board.
Peter is a Chartered Accountant with over 15 years experience in finance and accounting. Peter joined Asian Pacific Group as CFO in January 2011. Prior to this Peter was a Senior Manager within Deloitte's Assurance and Advisory Group. Peter has worked in both Australia and overseas across a broad range of industries and companies including large listed entities, multinationals and private groups.
Peter holds business degree (Accounting) and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accounts in Australia.
