William Deague joined Asian Pacific Group in 1997 as a Director & is now the Chief Executive Officer.

He has overseen Asian Pacific Group's major property developments such as the Bell City development & more recently the Art Series Hotels.

Will is currently the President of the St. Kilda Road Precinct Committee & holds a Domestic Builders Licence (unlimited) as well as a private fixed wing & helicopter licence.

Jonathan Deague joined Asian Pacific Group in 2000 after finishing his VCE at Melbourne Grammar School.

Jonathan is a licensed Real Estate Agent and his main focus within the group is the Real Estate division of sales and marketing. In the last few years Jonathan has headed up the investment sales side of the Group, expanding the mortgage broking arm. Jonathan manages a national sales team of over 100 staff which establishes continued growth.

David Deague is one of Melbourne's most renowned property developers with a strong focus on family values, and a love of Australian art.

He is best known for building the family-owned firm that, in 1992, became Asian Pacific Building Corporation Pty Ltd (APBC).

Asian Pacific Group specialises in Melbourne commercial & boutique hotel property development, and the Directors are now assisting David in taking the business forward - building on 150 years of passion and commitment to property development and construction.

The company has recently completed 3 boutique art inspired hotels in Melbourne, each combining leading edge technologies, architecture and style, whilst incorporating environmental responsibility.
